What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of service visits, and fostering a welcoming environment for our customersAssess technical issues, offering solutions over the phone when possible and escalating to Service Manager as neededAccurately document customer concerns and data into the Dealer Management System and demonstrate strong attention to detailConduct transactions, guide customers through corrections, and summarize repair work performedKeep customers informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's statusEfficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pick-up times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services

What You'll Bring

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniquesAbility to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS OfficeProactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in order to meet business critical deadlinesMust have a valid driver’s license in country of employment

Expected Compensation

$19.00 - $46.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
