We are looking for a WCM Coordinator / Continuous Improvement to be a part of the World Class Manufacturing team inside the company. World Class Manufacturing (WCM) supports our effort to become a World Class enterprise. The position is based in Denton, Tx. You may be required to travel up to 5% for training. Tetra Pak is sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do As WCM Coordinator/ Continuous Improvement you will: Coach and audit of pillar methodologies and improvement teams. Secure teams are started with a clear link to loss deployment and follow the team checklist.Secure DMS is executed, and Loss Prevention system is fed by all pillars.Ensure data reliability, consistency, and standards within Pillars.Support Employee involvement & training in WCM, reward/recognition systems.Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mind set.Drive benchmarking of process improvements and best practice sharing. Secure implementations of practices.To coordinate WCM promotion and events including prep for audits and awards.Maintain systems for WCM training / auditing.Support elaboration and execute the local WCM Master Plan. Execute the defined action plans based on the quarterly assessments.Help pillars to develop their Zero Loss System and integrate to the cells.Support AM activities: coaching teams, auditing, training, enabling Step advancement.

Profile description

We believe you have Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Business. Post graduation in TPM, Lean or Six Sigma will be considered a plus.Have a minimum of 3-5 years in Production / Pillar Leadership and 2-3 years as WCM Coordinator in another Tetra Pak facility.Self-driven, highly motivated and independent in your work. Stress resistant, easily adapt to changes:Engaging communication with great collaboration skills.The ability to act as a role model in building capability, being productive and dynamic.
