Work hours: Part-Time, Night Shift, 24 hours weekly, 2-12 hours shifts, 6:30 pm – 6:30 am – Self-Scheduling

Here’s What You Need
Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferredCurrent RN licensure upon hireBCLS – upon hire – prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterlyACLS – within 90 days of hireNRP – within 90 days of hireNRPA - within 90 days of hireCPI - within 90 days of hire1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required1 year of RN experience in L&D strongly preferred
What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
Assesses the patientPlans the care of the patientIntervenes as appropriateEvaluates the effectiveness of interventionsIncorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for informationMaintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
