Operations Manager~North Charleston, SC: $100K - $110K (Relocation Assistance Available)
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston-based Foundation/Slab repair organization looking to add an Operations Manager to their growing team. This position is 5 days on-site in North Charleston.
This position reports to the COO and works cross-functionally with the Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Project Management Team.
Schedule: Monday - Friday ~ 6:30 am - 3 pm EST Compensation: $100K - $110K DOE
Position Overview:Oversee the schedule and the 'Work Order' logistics for five (5) crews.Produce a running one (1) week work schedule for all five (5) crews.Coordinate with Project Managers/Project Coordinator monthly schedule.Communicate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain the fleet of service trucks.Interact with the Sales Manager to verify and approve upcoming projects.Comfortable fielding customer calls and resolving installation issues.
Requirements:A high School Diploma is preferred.5 years as an Operations Manager in a service organization -Preferably construction-based.Excellent organization
