Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Data Privacy and Compliance Officer position in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
IN-OFFICE POSITIONW-2 positionType: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contractLength: 6+ months, possible temp extensionShift/Hours: 8A – 5PPay rate: $55
Key Responsibilities:Issue spot and identify the presence of privacy risk in enterprise change programs and new or existing third party relationships, using structured guidance and procedure to aid in identification.Complete privacy risk assessments using a pre-determined set of questions to:Identify the level of privacy risk (low, moderate, or high) aligned to change programs and third party relationshipsRecommend mitigating controls to those change programs or third-party relationships where privacy risk is present.
Requirements: IAPP Certifications: CIPP3+ years of experience with Data Privacy and Operational Risk: third-party or enterprise change risk, compliance, and/or front-line privacy business operations.3+ years of experience in risk, compliance, experience performing third-party and/or enterprise change risk assessments or processes and controls.Experience with Global Risk and Control tools, such as Archer.Experience presenting to and creating materials for Board-level Committees and working groupsExperience creating processes and controls related to privacy and data ethics regulations and guidance, including but not limited to CCPA, GLBA, HIPAA, TCPA, and NIST/FFIEC Guidelines.
