Requirements:5+ years in UX strategy or related rolesExpertise in enterprise-wide UX strategy methodologiesStrong foundation in user-centered designExceptional communication skillsProficiency with UX tools like Mural, Axure, Sketch, InVision, etc.Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX, or related field
Responsibilities:Lead strategic planning in a collaborative environmentCraft innovative solutions aligned with business and user needsServe as primary contact for project escalationsEnsure adherence to design processes and project continuityCommunicate updates to senior leadershipIdentify opportunities for proactive design and consistency
