Job Title: Technical RecruiterDuration: 6+ months assignment, possible extensionLocation: McLean or Richmond, VAHourly Rate: $ 50- 56/hr3 days in office. Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team.Responsibilities:Execute the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goals.Develop an effective sourcing strategy to ensure a continuous flow of quality candidates.Manage recruiting process for high-level, difficult positions, and highly technical client groups.Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.Develop and execute recruiting strategies autonomously, including networking and niche social networking.Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy.Skills/Experience:4+ years of full lifecycle Technical recruiting experience.Must be able to be full desk and source own candidates.Ability to manage the day and maintain candidate relationships.Influential communicator, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results.2+ years of experience in Recruiting Strategy.Strong client management skills and ability to influence.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruiting and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.
