Full Desk Legal Search Consultant/Recruiter and Sales

We’re growing our Denver office and are looking for a Search Consultant to join our team of driven, intelligent, and hardworking individuals. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE LEGAL SEARCH CONSULTANT/RECRUITER AND SALES ROLE:Manage a full desk to recruit attorney candidates and engage with leadership at law firms and corporate legal departments through the full recruiting life cycleMake sales calls and effectively sell retained and contingent search accountsBuild and maintain client relationships through our proven systems and inquiry-based sales approachRecruit, screen, and interview attorney candidates and coach them through the hiring process

QUALIFICATIONS AND AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS:College degree strongly encouragedAt least three years of business-to-business sales experience; retail experience will not be consideredStrategic and Conceptual Selling experience/training preferredRecruiting experience is strongly preferredYou are pragmatic and think strategically about each sales and candidate interaction to best achieve your goalYou utilize critical and active listening skills with colleagues, clients, and candidatesYou hold yourself to high professional standards and are dedicated to accomplishing your goalsAbility to work well both independently and in team settingsYou are a self-starter with the ability to make logical connections and bridge gaps of information to arrive at a solution for clients’ and candidates alikeStrong communication and writing skills with the ability to develop well written presentation materials for clients
