📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Agency is looking for a motivated inside sales/customer service team member!
We are a Chicagoland Manufacturer's Representative, selling and marketing electrical products to the industrial, commercial, and residential markets in Illinois and Northwest Indiana. We are a fun and energetic team and looking to add another awesome person to the mix!
Salary will be competitive and determined by industry experience, etc.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- This is an in-office position with flexibility to work from home on a hybrid schedule• Establish and maintain customer relationships• Proactively follow up on customer leads and quotation requests• Lead the inside sales process from quote requests thru purchase order processing to shipping confirmation• Efficiently provide product and/or sales order information to customers• Assist customer inquiries in a professional manner• Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams
