OverviewAs a Advisor -Hardware Engineering, you'll collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software engineering teams to drive the development of new and existing products to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:Optimize RF Performance: Design circuits and PCBs to maximize RF efficiency in our wireless products, ensuring they operate at their peak potential.Hardware Development: Collaborate closely with the Hardware team to create PCBs for our latest hardware offerings, leveraging your expertise to push boundaries in design and functionality.Architectural Excellence: Implement best practices in architectural design to ensure the robustness and scalability of our products.Power Efficiency: Minimize power consumption across all products through strategic hardware, RF, and firmware enhancements, contributing to sustainability and cost-effectiveness.Technical Excellence: Lead or participate in technical design reviews to refine requirements, specifications, and designs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the certification process for products, particularly in RF standards such as FCC, CE, and UL, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and upholding the reputation of our products and company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.Broad knowledge of RF circuitry design and systems10+ years of experience with electrical engineering in * RF design and fabrication * RF testing and troubleshooting * Schematic capture and RF routing * Digital radios, antennas, and battery powered systems.Strong analytical skills and ability to collect information and identify fundamental patterns/trends in data. This includes the ability to gather, integrate, and interpret information from several sources.
