Baer is looking for SAP MDG Developer for a 6+ month Federal remote project.

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and deploying SAP MDG solutions to achieve defined business goals. They will lead and advise on business process improvements related to SAP MDG enablement initiatives and drive the solution design activities for various master data objects such as Material Master, Finance Master Data, Customer, Vendor, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and deploy SAP MDG solutions to achieve defined business goals. Lead and advise on business process improvement for SAP MDG enablement initiatives. Drive SAP MDG solution design activities across various domains. Support Show & Tell sessions including data preparation, initial load, and defect resolution. Identify source system process interventions requiring data and process changes. Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute and support testing (UT, SIT, UAT), review test results, and support defect resolution. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Manage SAP MDG projects to ensure timely delivery. Understand the technology landscape and its impact on clients' business areas. Lead stakeholder discussions to gather data conversion and archiving requirements. Document user stories and create product backlogs to support SAP MDG software. Support database analysis and develop a Data Conversion and Migration Plan. Develop and analyze data models and algorithms based on enterprise data. Provide data governance support to ensure data usability, accessibility, and security. Support the creation of the data conversion plan.
Requirements
8+ years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). At least 3 full cycle SAP MDG implementations. Implementation experience in key domains such as Finance, Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier. Experience in SAP MDG mass processing, consolidation, data quality management, and central governance. 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
