Baer is looking for SAP SAC Developer for a 6+ month Remote project.
Title: SAP SAC Developer
Location: Remote - (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)
Description
Designing, building, and testing SAC planning solutions, including forecasting, forecast adjustments, and integration of generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs. Applying functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, planning/BI systems, and functional finance processes. This includes reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, trending, forecast models, Storyboards, Dashboards, and visualization. Developing functional and technical specification documents and designing best-in-class technical solutions to support analytical and reporting activities. Supporting the setup and development of an overall SAC governance model to position the solution for future reporting and analytics operations and enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop an integrated SAC solution that supports business processes and project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
Requirements
Good understanding of BW implementation projects and their intricacies. Experience as a HANA Modeler with hands-on experience in creating Information Models and Decision tables. Strong experience in creating HANA views including Calculation, Analytical, and Attribute Views. A good understanding of multi-dimensional design concepts to ensure efficient data modeling. Proficiency in HANA model design and creation using SQL Script Stored Procedures. Working experience in Data Provisioning using SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) and Data Services BODS (Business Objects Data Services). Good understanding of how HANA models are consumed by reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Lumira, Analysis for Office (AO), etc.
