Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S4/Dassian Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects for our diverse client base. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in managing large-scale IT initiatives, prioritizing meticulous documentation, risk management, and adherence to stringent compliance requirements, especially those of DoD contracts. Our clientele includes both commercial entities and the Department of Defense.
Responsibilities
Lead the complete project management lifecycle for SAP S4 and Dassian implementations, catering to both Department of Defense and commercial contracts. Ensure alignment with relevant regulations and standards. Create detailed project documentation, encompassing project plans, requirement documents, risk registers, and compliance reports. Adhere strictly to DoD and commercial guidelines. Deploy effective risk management strategies to spot, evaluate, and counteract potential risks, guaranteeing project completion within set scope, budget, and timeframe. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to grasp their unique needs and objectives. Translate these insights into actionable project plans and tangible deliverables. Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and subject matter experts, fostering collaboration and steering the project towards success. Track project performance against key metrics and deliverables. Furnish regular status reports to clients and senior management. Compliance Assurance: Uphold adherence to all pertinent DoD regulations, security protocols, and quality standards throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years in project management, emphasizing SAP S4 and Dassian implementations for DoD contracts. Demonstrable experience in crafting and sustaining project documentation, risk registers, and compliance reports tailored for DoD contracts. Profound knowledge of DoD regulations, security requirements, and compliance frameworks like DFARS. PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred. Willingness and ability to travel to client locations within the U.S. for up to 50% of the time. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
