📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include supervision of nursing staff; interviewing, hiring, and training patient care employees; preparation of employee work schedules; assignment of employee duties; addressing complaints and resolving problems; evaluation of nursing activities to ensure quality patient care; ordering supplies for clinic physicians; and enforcing OSHA requirements and guidelines.
Unit of Pay: Salary
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm_____________________________________
QualificationsBasic Skills RequiredRN (State of Louisiana License)ACLS certification encouraged
Specific Skills Required Fifth year college or university program certificate; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.One-year experience in clinic setting preferred. Excellent Communication SkillsEPIC EMR Experience preferred
