📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is a key member of the BODi Marketing Team and is responsible for helping to deliver on the company mission and to drive growth of nutritional supplements line on a global basis. The ABM assists the team in the execution of brand initiatives, including promotions and new product launches. This role will maintain awareness of competitive product/claims, assist with new product launches and product promotions, and maintain key marketing resources and tools to ensure they are current and impactful. To be successful, this person must be adaptable, resourceful, curious, detail oriented, a team player, and capable of managing multiple projects at one time.

Core Responsibilities

Assist with development of integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications plans to support initiatives to consumer and Partners

Draft creative briefs to support team leads in developing key creative to develop strong revenue-driving communications

Assist in optimization of the end-to-end customer experience by monitoring competitive and industry activity; helping to monitor social media; and proactively identifying areas of opportunity

Support the team in driving research initiatives to completion by helping to draft and review research requests and survey content

Work with cross-functional teams to help execute new product launches, new flavor extensions, marketing campaigns and promotions

Collaborate with merchandising, fitness brand leads and product development teams to ensure nutrition brands are well integrated and on brand in all programs and on ecommerce

Contribute to brand performance in the Partner Network’s direct selling by assisting in development of Partner selling tools, communication, training, and promotions

Monitor sales; analyze data to highlight key business insights; and help identify opportunities to drive engagement, acquisition, conversion, and/ or retention

Attend key partner network calls and activities if necessary to support marketing initiatives

Any other tasks reasonably requested to help team meet its goals

Education and Experience

College degree from 4-year accredited college/university, ideally in marketing or related field. MBA preferred, but not required1-2 years of relevant work experienceExperience working in consumer packaged goods, nutrition preferredProficient user of Microsoft SuiteMLM experience a plus

The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.

The pay range for this position is

$64,300.00 - $81,000.00
