Opportunity Snapshot:Compensation - $30-32/hourLocation: 1 opening in Seminole, TX and one opening in Sundown, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F 90 hour daysBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), holidays and PTO
Responsibilities:Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple CraftsAttend daily plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and schedulingPlan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft LeadershipDetermine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned workAssignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned workScheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production riskCoordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming workAttend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and schedulingMonitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled workGeneration and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Qualifications:Experience in SAPWorking knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systemsGood at math and statisticsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilitiesData analysis and technical reportingStrong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical resultsHigh school diploma or GED required
