Sr Digital Graphic Designer

SUMMARY: The Sr. Digital Graphic Designer position at Baby Brezza is a dynamic role dedicated to producing innovative digital content that elevates the brand's presence across various marketing channels. This role demands a blend of creativity and technical prowess, focusing on digital design with some motion graphics & video editing skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the digital experience for our customers, thereby bolstering the company's marketing strategies. This individual will engage in close collaboration with the marketing team, staff photographer, and senior management to create compelling digital assets that resonate with our audience and drive brand awareness and sales. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. · Develop high-quality digital content for brand‘s and retailer websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales. This includes a wide range of digital assets such as static, animated, and video content. · Execute digital design efforts, crafting innovative graphics while coordinating with the in-house photographer for product and lifestyle imagery. · Spearhead motion graphics design projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring dynamic and engaging content. · Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital platforms, ensuring all content aligns with Baby Brezza’s brand design visuals and messaging standards aligned with our product and packaging teams.· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ideate and produce on-brand digital solutions.· Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and project timelines while ensuring the creative process's quality and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS:· 2+ years of experience in digital and motion graphics design, with a proven track record of creating engaging digital content for social media, advertising, brand websites, and emails. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.· A portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design and motion graphics. · Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand digital experiences. · Project management abilities to organize requests coming in, with demonstrated experience. · Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time WORK ENVIRONMENT:The role is based in a beautiful professional office setting in Newark with easy Path train transit from NYC, WTC (25 mins commute) and multiple public transportation options to Newark Port Authority both from New Jersey and New York, promoting a collaborative and creative work atmosphere. This is a hybrid role for example: Mon-Thurs in office, Friday WFH.
