📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned, Inside Sales Representative preferably with industry experience. This position is involved with handling high level customer accounts. The position handles mostly incoming calls and emails with some call outs to established accounts (not cold calling). This is a very important role in our organization in which interdepartmental collaboration is key. The ISR works with a dedicated outsides salesperson, sales managers, product managers, purchasing, credit & accounting to name a few. This is a great role for someone who has managed accounts from the Inside side of things, is a great communicator, can handle multiple priorities, has solid computer experience, and can learn quickly
