The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, great leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a strong desire to teach and learn.
What You'll DoHires, trains and supervises a staff in support of manufacturing initiativesReview sales orders and customer specifications to create a production scheduleEnsure proper preparation of production and shipping schedulesCalculate and determine the amount of material required to complete job ordersWhat You'll NeedBachelor’s Degree and/or ten to fifteen years related experience in a manufacturing environmentPrior supervisory/management experience and be familiar with employment laws and processesMust be able to lead a diverse workforce of 25+ employeesBilingual a plus
