The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Administrative Support to join our Admissions and Engagement Department! You will provide administrative and clerical support to Buckeye Ranch programs. Maintain a customer service focus for families, all external customers, and internal staff. Operates phone system. Provide all TBR programs and managers with reports due, timetables and maintains report due date, running reports through Electronic Health

Record. Acts as a receptionist for clients, families, and visitors. Completes other administrative support tasks as assigned by Administrative Support Team Supervisor.

Schedule: Part-time, Non-Exempt (Monday – Friday, 4pm-8pm)

Location: Grove City, OH (In office)

What you’ll do:

Communicates effectively and appropriately in a respectful, clear, concise, and accurate manner. Actively listens to others and is open to their point of view and selects the right tone and type of communication for the situation and audience.Routinely provides high quality customer service in a courteous manner in interactions with clients and customers.Anticipates and works to avoid situations that can adversely affect the customer. Handles difficult situations in a positive and professional manner.Reception and front desk coverage as needed. Duties will include and are not limited to: Greet visitors direct them to waiting areas and announce their arrival to appropriate individuals. Answer all incoming telephone calls, make proper connections to appropriate individuals, take

and route messages, as necessary.

Answer routine questions from callers or visitors or direct them to the appropriate resources.Maintain a "reports due" log for assigned programs.Track Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addictions paperwork on all AOD clients.Run any reports in Electronic Health Record related to Quality Improvement as needed.Maintains compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and rules pertinent to services provided while respecting confidential information.Completes or supports continuous quality reviews and monitoring of pertinent data and procedures as needed for contracts, licensure, accreditation, etc.Is knowledgeable about job safety duties/responsibilities and demonstrates safe work practices as it pertains to the position held. Promptly reports unsafe conditions, situations, incidents, or injuries.

Who you are

You have a High School Diploma or GED.You have at least one year of experience working in administration.Proficiency with computer programs including SACWIS and Outlook.You have an active driver’s license.
