Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Custody/Settlements Analyst in the Treasury Services Division. This role will report to the Manager, Custody and Cash Management and will be an additional resource to assist the team with the T+1 trade settlement cycle which begins in the U.S. on May 28, 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities settlements and processing.

Key responsibilities for this role include trade matching, affirmation, and settlement monitoring.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial markets.

Qualifications

Requires a master's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of job-related work experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 8 years of job-related work experience. Degree in finance, accounting, or business management field preferred. Knowledge of securities settlements and processing Ability to work well in a team environmentHighly skilled in the use of such standard desktop software as Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and AdobeCapable of performing detailed analysisAbility to identify and implement process improvements Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Composure and ability to think clearly during demanding situationsAble to keep confidences and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documentsSelf-starter to manage deadlines
