We have three locations in Columbus, OH (Luxury Apartments in Columbus, OH | The Connor Group). We offer a structured 40-hour schedule, full benefits, great starting pay ($45k-$55k based on experience) plus uncapped bonuses averaging $15k-$25k on top!
As a sales consultant, you are the face of the property and responsible for building relationships to drive sales and increase retention.
What you’ll do:
Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.Use our sales process to build rapport to get new leases signed.Convert phone and email leads into in-person tours.Deliver excellent customer service to our residents to increase lease renewals.careers.connorgroup.com/sales-associates
What you get
