The impact you will have in this role
Being a member of the Client Account Services Team, the Senior Analyst will play a leading role in key new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities. Upon application approval, the Senior Analyst will lead critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle including certain anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations, the addition of accounts, mergers and acquisitions, and retirements. In addition, the Client Account Services Senior Analyst will have a passion for client service, an eagerness to quickly learn and perform at a high level across a variety of complex processes, and the ability to manage risk and identify improvement opportunities.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Review and accept all new sales contracts and amendments/addendums to ensure company-wide compliance with established proceduresRespond directly to certain clients via various communication mediums (e.g., by phone, through CRM tool – Salesforce, etc.)Partner and coordinate with various internal teams (for example, Relationship Management) to ensure that all onboarding and lifecycle activities occur seamlessly and meet expectationsManage, update, and maintain data stored in DTCC’s systems (e.g., Masterfiles, etc.)Perform various anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations to support new onboardings and regular refreshesCompile reporting for use by internal partners, senior leadership, and auditors/regulatorsSupport new product initiatives that intersect with client account onboarding and lifecycle processesAbility to function in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentPay close attention to detail with an ability to identify process and operational risksStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsCollaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and clientsHard-working, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and driven focus on resultsAligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experienceBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
