Intern Responsibilities:Develop skills in job description creation and recruitment by:Creating and maintaining job descriptions that align with company needsPublishing job descriptions on multiple job boards to attract qualified candidatesScreening resumes and reviewing assessment forms to identify qualified candidatesGain experience in candidate management by:Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logisticsInterviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the roleProviding positive and negative feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment processContribute to employee onboarding and HR administration by:Assisting with new employee onboarding and post-hire processingHelping to ensure pre-hire documentation requirements are metContributing to the improvement of new hire trainingIdentifying areas for improvement in HR systems and procedures

Eligibility Requirement:Applicants for this internship program must meet one of the following criteria:

Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship.Must be able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with their coursework, enhancing their educational experience.Must fulfill specific educational requirements set by their institution, department, or major program of study.

Suggested Qualifications:Degree/profile in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology etc. Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)Business-oriented and open-mindedGood communication skills Able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease Able to cope with pressure Flexible and adaptable

Duration, Schedule & Pay:This will be a 4-6 month unpaid internship with the potential to stay on with us after completion of the internship.We are looking for either 1 full-time intern or 2 part-time interns (one morning, one afternoon)Full-time Schedules: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST with an hour break for lunchor Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM EST with an hour break for lunchPart-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 6 PM EST
