Our client has engaged The ExeQfind Group to find an experienced finance and accounting leader for its manufacturing, service, sales, and distribution business near Visalia, California.
The successful hire will report to the President and CEO. As a member of our client’s executive leadership team, he/she will lead the finance and accounting function and ensure internal controls are in place to provide accurate analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
Primary responsibilities include:Monitoring and approving monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables and metrics per IFRS and local regulations.Lead the development of financial analysis to support decision making.Manage working capital and cash flow, credit and collections, and cash flow forecasting.Coordinate customer financing programs with corporate and divisional finance teams.Lead the preparation of annual, multi-year, and interim operating plans and forecasts.Oversee budgets and work with business leaders to effectively control cost and expense.
OUR CLIENTOur client’s business serves the North American market for a specific type of agricultural equipment and related technology, as well as some other business segments. It employs about 350 people in manufacturing, sales, service, and distribution. This is a confidential search; therefore, candidates meeting the criteria for this role will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before being provided with the identity of our client.

The successful hire will have strong leadership skills with a multicultural mindset developed through career experience formed through leading financial teams and collaborating closely with functional management and senior leadership to achieve objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a verifiable track record of experience working within a matrix reporting environment in a manufacturing or process-oriented company with broad-based responsibility including accounting, budgeting, analysis, treasury, tax, financing, and negotiation. He / she should have proven expertise in accounting, internal controls, tax, regulatory compliance, budgeting, cash management as well as experience managing cross-unit projects and internal control functions.
He / she will have exceptional analytical skills, be intellectually curious and possess the ability to view 360 degrees.
This role will require being onsite at our client’s corporate offices.
