Senior Project EngineerWilmington, DelawareOur client, a large construction management firm located in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team. This firm specializes in the development of multifamily, hotel, retail and office, ground up construction. This engineer will work with and will be extensively supported by superintendents and project managers, to gain field and project management operations experience in all phases of this commercial construction.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architectural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering4-7 years of experience with a commercial general contractorPrevious project management experienceGround up construction project experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have excellent time management skills and ability to work independentlyMust be detail oriented and be accurate in composing and proofing materialsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Professional demeanor, with a passion for the construction industryJob Type: Full-time
