The Ford Agency is actively working with a well-regarded DC law firm in their search for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will build relationships with law students, lateral and attorney candidates, and others to ensure a smooth recruiting process, while also coordinating and organizing on-campus interviews and a robust summer associate program.
Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with attorney candidates, law students, search firms, and hiring managersReview resumes and schedule interviewsCoordinate fall on-campus interviews Coordinate summer associate programs, including orientations, events, and evaluations
Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in a professional services environmentProficiency in MS Office
