The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a sharp and organized Professional Development Coordinator to join a global law firm in their DC office. The Coordinator will collaborate with a variety of teams, coordinate onboarding, trainings, and orientations for attorneys and create detailed reports for firm leadership.
Responsibilities Include:Coordinate attorney onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processesCoordinate bar admissions and renewalsPrepare and assist with attorney annual reviewsCollaborate with various teams on a variety of initiatives to attract and retain attorneysCreate reports for leadership
Qualifications Include: Bachelor's Degree3+ years of project coordination, professional development, or HR experienceProfessional services experience strongly preferredProfessional communication skillsProficient in MS Office Suite
