Recruitment Coordinator

Hello,My name is Francis, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is REMOTE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:5-month assignment - potential to extend or convert based off performance/budgetPay - $27.14You will help in nurturing talent mainly for store hourly positions through posted ads, responding to inquiries, and some sourcing on Indeed and LinkedIn when time permits. You will also work on recruitment projects to help our stores such as opening, closing, or validating reqs opened by Store Managers.Nurture candidates (leads) to become applicants.Convert candidate who express interest into actual candidates for interviews.Review candidate profiles daily.Contact all candidates ASAP via phone, text, and/or e-mail.Nurture candidates through the application process, provide the correct links and follow-up with candidates that have applied and those that need additional information to still apply.Speak with candidates when appropriate to educate them on different store level roles, gauging their openness to the different roles and perform light screening.Open, close, and review store reqs for special projects and reach out to Store Managers with further guidance on the req process.Review the recruitment inbox for incoming inquiries and respond accordingly.Source new hourly store candidates for identified roles and stores.Depending on candidate flow from job ads and time availability, spend time reviewing profiles on Indeed and potentially LinkedIn, sending recruitment messages to candidates.Speak with prospective candidates and educate on store roles to convert qualified candidates to applicants.

Qualifications:HR/Recruiting/Talent Coordinator experience - This is not a true Recruiter or Sourcing role.Taleo ATS preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and openness to jump on any task or project needed to help support the success of store hiring.Strong customer service skills, including experience in a customer service, recruitment, or sales related role.Ability and willingness to engage with people and market/sell to them on the company and available position(s).Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to move at a fast pace.
