Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Med Surg RN to join our dynamic healthcare team in an acute are hospital setting. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible to care for patients with acute, chronic or traumatic illnesses. RNs will learn a vast knowledge of disease states and body systems. Working on a Med/Surg unit, RNs can increase their clinical decision making, assessment skills which will prepare them for career advancement opportunities in other areas of nursing, such as critical care or emergency nursing.

Qualifications

Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience in an acute care setting.BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program and will graduate in 5 yearsBLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
