Golden Touch is a family owned and operated wholesale apparel manufacturer with a mission to deliver trend focused products for nearly 50 years. We produce private label brands for large mass market retailers across the globe specializing in children's, junior, missy, and women's apparel.
We are seeking a Sr. VC Coordinator who has Walmart retail link knowledge. Knowledgeable of processing EDI orders (booking 850’s).
Using Retail Link, this person will submit Walmart routing through Transportation portal application, making PO changes in Nova & following up with all routing through the appointment scheduler app. Investigate and resolves all issues concerning EDI PO transmissions.Directly responsible for reviewing and maintaining all updates to Walmart’s manuals in regard to routing guidelines, carton markings, carton dimensions and ASN info in order to remain compliant and to avoid charge-backs.Check booking reports for all orders to get ahead of any issues with production delivery dates and order ship dates.Work closely with Sales, Production, Imports, and the Warehouse monitoring all orders for Walmart.

Prior work experience with EDI orders (850s)Prior work experience with Retail linkStrong Multi-taking abilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of AS400 preferredSuperior attention to detail and focus on accuracy

Salary Range - $50K - $70K*
As a private company, Golden Touch may pay more or less than the published upper limit of the pay range based on an individual’s demonstrated experience and expertise in their field. The pay ranges serve as a target and allow us to consider relevant experience, time in the role, salaries of internal peers, business sector, prior performance, and geographic location.
