Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Develop organization & associate leadership & technical competencies.Ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer & federal requirements.Audit, analyze & make recommendations to ensure systems & processes are followed & to solve for issues related to products quality & uniformity.
Education and Certifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
Desired: Master's Degree
Experience
5-7 years technical leadership within a manufacturing environment.Experience in a union environment (as applicable).
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to manage a variety of concurrent projects,Must have strong communication, business, analytical & planning skills.Technical knowledge related to equipment processes & operation of equipment.Knowledge of customer requirements related to product quality.
