As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated In-House Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the execution of our incentive travel programs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of travel wallets to our clients.
Position Overview: As a PART TIME In-House Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and organization of travel wallets, overseeing the process from document creation to final collation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team setting and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service.The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The right person with good character and a great attitude is more important than past experience. We can train.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare all necessary documents for travel wallets to be sent to the graphic designer for layout.Coordinate with our vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of printed materials.Organize the collating of travel wallets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each package.Maintain detailed records and documentation related to travel wallet production and distribution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:Previous experience in operations, logistics, or travel industry is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
