Key role responsibilities include:Program, develop, website code, and produce data-driven web applications, websites using WordPress and WooCommerceDesign and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website templates from scratch. Fine-tune typography, color schemes and spacing to ensure consistent visual appeal and readability across our sites. Conduct detailed design analysis, identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.Create comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and mockups to guide the design process.Develop WooCommerce templates from scratch.Design multi-screen size illustrations to ensure the site looks exceptional on all devices.Regularly test and enhance website design, keeping it visually appealing and up-to-date with the latest web design trends.Collaborate closely with multiple teams/internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent visual and written narrative across all platforms.Proactively address design and technical issues, proposing improvements or alternatives to enhance visual appeal and usability.Become familiar with existing projects, workflows, and team dynamics.Qualification and Position Requirements:3-4 years of experience as a front-end Web DesignerExtensive experience with WordPress and WooCommerce & the ability to work independently as a WordPress/WooCommerce DesignerProficiency in web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuerySubstantial experience in PHP with the ability to make frontend components work.Ability to lead the design process, offering professional suggestions and improvements.Familiarity with common UI/UX design challenges in WordPressStrong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work well on all screen sizes.Basic programming skills and knowledge of design tools.Independence is key; candidates should not heavily rely on working within a design team or with a designer.Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Compliance, Legal and Sales teams) and with designers and content creators.Strong problem-solving skills and creativitySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines and KPI objectives that move the business forward.Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative fast-paced environments.Agile mindset: Track record of pushing boundaries and not accepting status quo, finding ways to deliver in the face of accelerated deadlines.
