📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The HT Group is partnering with a commercial roofing contractor in New Mexico to find an Account Manager. This person will be responsible manages sales initiatives including contacting leads, qualifying customers, discussing customer expectations, and converting opportunities into job contracts. The ideal candidate has prior roofing industry experience and has amazing relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Positions available in both Albuquerque NM and Sante Fe NM*
Frequent travel in NM required
Comp - $60-70k + bonuses/commission

Responsibilities
Cultivate new and strengthen existing relationships with customersDevelop territory sales strategy including prospects, initiatives, and forecastsCollect roof data required for estimatingPrepare and deliver customer proposalsProvide customers with regular roofing project updatesExhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements
3+ years of sales experienceCollege degree preferredMust have commercial roofing industry experienceUnderstanding of public procurement laws and requirementsStrong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationshipsAbility to deliver win-win solutionsEmployment contingent upon criminal
