Branch Manager /Account Manager

The HT Group is partnering with a commercial roofing contractor in Albuquerque New Mexico to find a Branch Manager/Account Manager. This person will be responsible for managing day to day activities of assigned branch including overseeing sales and production, safety, roofing projects, and branch personnel. We are looking for a sales-minded leader who is passionate about customer service and has well-rounded knowledge of the roofing industry.

Direct Hire | $80-90k base + bonus/incentives | Albuquerque NM

Responsibilities

Oversee and guide sales team to establish sales objectives and quotas for designated territories/clientsDevelop and maintain long term client relationships by providing professional technical roofing servicesSearch for new customers that meet company’s target baseParticipate in customer site visits, presentations, networking, and team sellingLead project management team by establishing processing, planning, safety, and quality for roofing projectsDetermine strategies to streamline processes, lower operational costs, and ensure highest quality standardsHire, coach, and manage team of technicians, supervisors, project managers, and sales repsOther duties include job and proposal estimating, crew scheduling, equipment/material inventory management, and fleet management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a sales related role3+ years of direct management experienceMust have experience in roofing industry (maintenance, services, repair/replacements)Must be familiar with fluid applied roofingMust have strong relationship building and customer service skillsPrior experience managing operations for commercial roofing projectsBilingual in English/Spanish preferredMust be open to frequent travelMust have valid drivers license Employment contingent upon criminal background check and drug test
