📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Inner You Counseling Center is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Representative to help connect and secure community referrals, as well as assist in managing and overseeing patient and clinician relationships.
A successful candidate must be able to:Cultivate and nurture relationships with the community and utilize best practices in driving referrals and establishing partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams to align successful matches, adhering to organizational objectivesPossess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be organizationally adept and display proficient attention to detailDemonstrate success in meeting and exceeding sales targetsTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvementCoordinate patient admissions with the teamEducate the community and key referral sources about our centers and the benefits we provide
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related field requiredSales skills with a proven track record of success requiredExperience in healthcare field preferred

We also provide social and emotional support counseling within various school settings in Rhode Island (including public, private, and charter) while collaborating with school support staff to ensure wrap-around care is established and maintained.
