Essential Functions and DutiesHelp establish standard Accounts Payable processes. Assists the Accounts Payable Supervisor in training and mentoring existing and new team membersBuild knowledge of the accounts payable process and gain a greater understanding of the industryProcess daily overhead expenses and post to the general ledgerProcess priority disbursement requestsProcess all multiple company invoices, including those for master accounts; cut and mail checks prior to due date.Primary responsibility for all check voids and update check void log.
Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experienceMinimum 2 years experience with JD Edwards and/or EnterpriseOneIntermediate level ExcelHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent organizational skills; attention to detail, accurate and deadline-drivenAble to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignmentsHighly customer service oriented and responsive – follows through to closure, accountableHigh level of personal integrity, respect for others and ability to protect confidential information
