Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Category Leadership-Sweet Baked Snacks
Location: Working Remote USA
In This Role You Will
Analyze and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency/effectiveness Assist Category Management Team in identifying consumer and market opportunities Analyze business using multiple data sources such as Retail Link, Syndicated data, Insights, Research Data, Adview, Kantar, Spectra, 84.51, etc. Assist Category Advisors and Senior Analysts with development and execution of modular planning process Develop analysis that will be leveraged to help grow business Develop skills to analyze information from multiple data sources/departments Develop solutions with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf Prepare clear and concise business reviews to help Category Development deliver executable insights to Customer Participate in various training activities to enhance job performance and personal growth Assist other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide information to Customers

Minimum Requirements
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s DegreePrior sales/marketing analytical work experience or a Category Management internship Strong computer and analytic skills (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
Syndicated sales data software experience (Retail Link, IRI, and ProSpace)Category Management knowledge and experience
