Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships in an accurate and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities: Process high volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepanciesReview and verify expense reportsMaintain accurate records of transactions and vendor informationEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist with month-end closing activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issuesCommunicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiriesContribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts payable experienceProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with process improvement initiatives is a plus For confidential consideration, we offer several ways to apply:-Call or text our office at 408.378.2700 for an immediate phone interview.-Email your resume to: Amanda.Zender2@expressp
