The Therapist Job Functions Include

Provides case management services which support a positive treatment outcome.Serves as therapist in IOP and continued care groups, as well as provide individual therapy as needed for SUD and/or mental health disorders.Organizes and makes educational presentations related to behavioral health and recovery.Develop patient-centered treatment plans based on results from the screening tools and bio psychosocial assessment.Collaborates with medical staff and treatment team as a whole. Consults with family members and referral sources in order to coordinate patient care.Ensures adequate case management services are identified and addressed.Responsible for maintaining electronic health records which include documentation of treatment activity and progress.Ensures that patient records are accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS: Therapist I (Outpatient treatment)

Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided:LGADC: Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug CounselorLMSW: Licensed Master Social WorkerLGSW: Licensed Graduate Social WorkerLGPC: Licensed Graduate Professional CounselorA minimum of three years supervised counseling experience.Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills

REQUIREMENTS: Therapist II (Outpatient treatment)

Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided:LCPC: Licensed Clinical Professional CounselorLCSW-C: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - CertifiedLICSW: Licensed Independent Clinical Social WorkerLPC: Licensed Professional CounselorLSATP: Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment PractitionerLCADC: Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug CounselorA minimum of three years supervised counseling experience.Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills

REQUIREMENTS: SUD Counselor

ADT: Alcohol and Drug Trainee CAC-AD: Certified Associate Alcohol and Drug Counselor CAC-I: Certified Addictions Counselor I CAC-II: Certified Addictions Counselor II CSAC: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor CSC-AD: Supervised Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: If disclosed that the staff is in recovery from alcohol and drug dependency a minimum of five years continuous sobriety is required.
