Join our team a reputable manufacturer in Redlands dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are recruiting for a detail-oriented Assembler Operator to join this production team.

Location: Redlands, Ca
Pay Rate: $18.00
Schedule: M- F: 5:00A – 1:30P
Major Function
The Assembler Operator is responsible for assembly, complete machine documentation, and various assembly operations to ensure the efficient production of our machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build standard machines as required by daily shipping reports, following checklists and manufacturing order definitions.
Refer to machine checklists for assembly steps before release to testing.
Record and complete machine documentation information, including serial number, date, model, and initials, in the machine completions logbook.
Verify that manufacturing orders match the actual approved machine and contents, including correct materials and labor time.
Report defective assemblies or components to the final Assembly Lead and replace them as necessary.
Assist With Other Machine Assemblies As Required.
Build custom machines as required or assigned.
Prep stock trailers if required, including tires and axles.
Perform production unit clean-up tasks as assigned, following work instructions and safety standards.
Sweep machine building paths daily or as required.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Assembly Experience In Manufacturing Industry Required.
Mechanical inclination is necessary.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in basic mathematical operations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working around mechanical/pneumatic tools and using them safely.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask effectively.
Reliability, dependability, and good attendance record.
Willingness to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays, as work demands.
