Associate Creative Director
Overview

The Associate Creative Director drives the development of television, print, digital and direct mail creative concepts and their execution.
This position oversees the work of creative teams (art directors, copywriters, designers) and works closely with account managers and strategic planners to ensure that creative executions are on strategy and meet client objectives and goals. The Creative Director also interfaces with the client to make sure the creative teams clearly understand client objectives and business goals as they relate to creative assignments.
Essential job functions Work with account management and strategic planning on development of creative strategy and creative briefsAssign creative teams to work on projects and work with account management to facilitate work flowParticipate in briefings with creative teams to kick off assignmentsWork with the creative teams to develop concepts and creative executionsUnderstand and communicate client goals and objectives to creative teams and assure that work aligns with those goalsAssure that creative work aligns with strategic direction established by account management and strategic planningLead creative presentations of work to clients and be accessible to clients for questions and discussionsParticipate in high-level client discussions regarding strategic direction and creative execution Participate in new business development including development of creative strategies and concepts for new business presentationsAdherence to TA’s information security standards, as outlined in company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned
