We're looking for a part-time Benefits Specialist to join our corporate staff in Kalispell. You'll be the point person for all employees, both internal and contract, on all questions benefits related. You'll work with and audit the services of our vendors to make our benefits the most beneficial for our workers. You'll handle unemployment claims, some compliance, and back up the stellar folks in the rest of our accounting department. And you'll be a key part of making our processes better. Experience with benefits, accounting, or other aspects of HR is appreciated here. You'll also need to be able to contribute to an office setting where laughter occasionally pours out the door.
