Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients or customers through various sourcesExecute lead generation strategies to reach target audiences and expand the customer base.Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as prospective customers.Utilize marketing tools and other channels to generate leads and drive lead engagement.Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.Communicate with prospects to gather information, address inquiries, and nurture potential leads through the sales funnel.Making outbound calls, fielding inbound call,s and transferring leads using provided scriptsMeet established goals and objectives
Qualifications: Bilingual in English and SpanishHigh School Diploma or GEDMulti-line phone skillsPossess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitudeConfident, self-starter who works well independentlyStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenProfessional phone etiquetteMust have ability to multi-taskBe a great self-starter with a sense of urgencyProblem solving skills requiredGreat team and individual contributorBasic computer skills, including the ability to type at least 15 WPM
