We are also an award-winning workplace where you can grow your career, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a lasting impact on the lives of people in your community.What You’ll Do:Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesCollaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needsSupervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clientsEvaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection softwareParticipating in organizational improvements using OBMResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Love:Sign-on bonus
