Express Employment Professionals is hiring Skilled Carpenters with expertise in residential and/or commercial construction! As a Carpenter or Framer, you will play a vital role in construction and renovation projects, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities: Carpentry: Perform tasks such as measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wooden structures and fixturesBlueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction blueprints and execute tasks accordinglyMaterials and Tools: Select and use appropriate materials, tools, and equipment efficientlyQuality and Precision: Maintain high standards, ensuring accurate installation of doors, windows, cabinets, and trimSafety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocolsCollaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholdersProject Management: Manage time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver quality resultsMaintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipmentIndustry Knowledge: Stay updated on carpentry techniques and best practices
Qualifications: Proficient in all aspects of carpentry, from cutting to installationDemonstrated expertise in operating construction equipmentAbility to interpret construction blueprintsCommitment to safety protocols in a construction environmentStrong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityExceptional attention to detail and precisionEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesRelevant certifications preferred
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00/hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, plus an opportunity for overtime!
