Description
CNA 2 – Medical Surgical at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shiftsper week) with rotating weekends.
Extra Incentives

In This Position You Will
Contribute to a high functioning teamMeaningfully advance post-operative recovery of surgical patients.Assist RN with admissions, discharges, and transfersMeasure and record vital signs, output, and weightsCollect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood testsAssist with client mobility and transfers, using lifts and safe patient handling devicesOpportunities for continuing education and professional development, including annual CNA conferenceOther duties as assigned The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.

Required Qualifications
Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course, OrGrandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hireNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualification
1 year experience as a CNA 2.
