In brief, this role will provide you the opportunity to showcase your ability to train and pass along your knowledge to others, as well as consult with our myriad clients to help guide them to grow and enhance their manufacturing capabilities

Although not all-inclusive, below should provide a sense of what the opportunity entails:
Provide training classes and support on-site and at the customer (this will be a main focus of the role initially as we have so many new projects taking palce! This will require in the neighborhood of 50% overnight travel mostly in the state of Alabama.) Support the sales team throughout sales process Manage customer relationships Creating process cycle time estimates Assist in fixture/tooling design Support the completion of turnkey system projects ncluding documentation Document Activities
Accountable for Customer Satisfaction. Prepare reports for management and project requirements. Maintain proper records of customer issues and requests for support. Interface and assist parts, service, applications, and sales department as needed with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
We are looking for that rare candidate that is truly energized by learning and innovating, with the ultimate aim of helping our clients make their parts better and more efficiently.
You’ll have experience training or directing other, with process cycle times, process capabilities and of course a strong understanding of controls such as Fanuc or similar. What's more, you'll have created myriad parts with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT or similar.
