PHP Agency LLC., "PHP," is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Dallas-based HQ team.

PHP is a life insurance field marketing organization, founded in 2009 (https://www.phpagency.com). Our CEO is

entrepreneur Patrick Bet David. PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive

basket of insurance products to a diverse client base. PHP provides a part-time or fulltime opportunities to

individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force

comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate.

Position Summary

The broad objective for Graphic Designer is to focus on creating appealing and creative digital content for PHP

Agency for various social media platforms. Responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or

using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. This position reports

to the Marketing Communications Manager and work closely with our inhouse graphic designers and videographers

to generate content to promote customer engagement and brand awareness.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style

and submitting them for approval.

Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and

colleagues as necessary.

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Communicating with management about layout and design. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos,

and websites with software such as photoshop.

Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements And Skills

2-3 years of experience in the field or related area, preferably in corporate environment Skilled at managing projects and meeting deadlines, sometimes under tight timeframes Able to give and receive constructive feedback. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product

packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Good time management skills Good communicator Punctual Analytical Artistic Creativity and originality Computer fluency in Mac and PC Attention to detail. Adaptability, flexibility Expressive, High Energy Teamwork Organizational, ability to juggle multiple projects. Positive Can-Do Attitude Takes initiative. Uses graphic design skills experience, as well as knowledge of current software to produce

graphic art and visual materials and content.

Generates images, animations, text, and video. Cerate visual concepts, using onsite computer software to communicate ideas that inspire,

inform, and captivate consumers.

Develop overall layout and production design for various applications such as marketing

materials, flyers, brochures, bulletins, and items to post on company website.

Excellent computer skills and expertise with using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop,

Illustrator, Premier Pro
